I took part in the software development of a microscope system that was put into in-vitro incubators for cancer research. The purpose of the project was to enable biological researchers to easily create time lapse videos of cell growth in incubators over variable lengths of time.

This was my first industry software project, and I learned a lot about creating web applications, good software engineering practices, and coordinating development efforts with other developers. There were many different stakeholders in the project, and composing the different needs of the stakeholders was another task in itself.
